Appointments & Payments
- Therapy sessions are provided on an appointment basis
- Payment terms, session fees, and packages will be clearly communicated before booking
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned
- Well Mindly reserves the right to modify pricing at any time
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled within the allowed time frame mentioned at the time of booking
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee
- Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension of services
